FANUC Bulgaria service activity:1. Spot service which covers:
- Replacement of defective units or printed boards and their components
- Adjustment of spindles and servos for their performance optimization
- Check and optimization of CNC and PMC parameters
- Options installation
- Installation of new and used machines equipped by FANUC
- Troubleshooting of problems caused by machine side: switches, cabling, power supply, noise etc.
- Customers personal training for diagnostic of troubles related with FANUC equipment
- Technical assistance of the customers during building and starting up of new or retrofitted machines; electrical part design, CNC and PMC parameter specification, LADDER diagram ( PMC program ) design etc.
- Realization of CNC – PC communication and DNC if the hardware is capable
- Restoration of CNC memory content erased due to hardware problem or wrong operation if the data exists printed or stored on any media or could be received by the Machine Tool Builder
